7:20 Swimmers check-in with Tent Parents

7:45 9/10 warm up

7:50 11/12 warm up

7:57 13 & up warm up

8:05 7/8 warm up

8:15 6 & Under warm up

Volunteer Timeline

7:00 Roadies arrive/Tent set-up begins (most swimmers will be under pavilion so not a lot of set-up required)

7:10 Volunteer Check-In

7:15 Tent Parents in Place

7:50 Officials Meeting - Clubhouse

8:00 Ready Bench Meeting - Ready Bench Area

8:10 Timers and Scribes Meeting - Clubhouse

8:30 Meet Starts
