SPRING CYPRESS @ FAIRFIELD
Happy Thursday Stingrays!
Spring Cypress vs Fairfield Swim meet will be this Saturday. This will be our first away meet! Please read through this entire email. It has all the information you will need for Saturday. Heat and Psych Sheets are attached.
VOLUNTEER OF THE WEEK WINNER
We received several great nominations, but the individual with the most nominations was Eva Ellis!! Here are just a few of the reasons why Eva exemplifies the Stingray’s spirit -
- I am very blessed that Eva is one of our roadies. She is driven and holds me accountable. She also works very hard, never complains and her heart is in the right spot, to serve the kiddos. I am very thankful to work with her.
- Eva worked for hours Friday to prepare the pool deck, was at the pool beginning in the early hours to make sure swimmer tents were in the right locations, and made sure the equipment on deck was good to go. She did it all with a great attitude and appreciation for those that helped.
- She went above & beyond to make our tent set up easy at Time Trials, she was helpful, efficient, friendly and might have even laughed at one of my jokes. She and all of the roadies are real assets to the team.
Please be sure to fill out the google form if you would like to nominate someone for next week - Nomination Form

PICTURES FROM TIME TRIALS
You may find fun pics of your swimmer available for download at SmugMug. For those of you not familiar, SmugMug is a repository of our photos from meets and other events going back two decades. They are available for purchase, or downloads are free with watermark. Go check them out! Please note that because it contains pictures of minors in swimwear, we have deliberately made our site not web searchable. You have to put in the specific URL.
We strongly encourage that you and your swimmers begin hydrating Friday and continue to do so throughout the meet.
